Aisling Bea
Aisling was born on 16 March 1984 at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's best-known and well-known comedians. She was on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh Sullivan (born on 16 March 1984), also known as Aisling bea she is an Irish comedian, writer and actress. Bea's career began in the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic after appearing in small roles in Irish and British TV shows that began in 2009. As early as 2012, Bea was appearing in sitcoms and sketch comedy. Following her win during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was booked for a variety of panel programs. She was a captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is an ongoing contestant on its spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Parents were Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. She has a younger sister, Sinead. In 2012, she became the only woman to receive the So You Think You Are Funny award. Bea, her maiden name, was a tribute to her late dad. Aisling O'Sullivan, also known as Cliodhnadh Aisling was born in Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian is an equine doctor who killed himself when she was just three. Bea didn't learn how her father passed away until she reached the age of thirteen. She adopted the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her father and published an article in The Guardian in 2017 about the family's suicide experience. Bea's mother Helen was also an instructor for jockeys and a former professional jockey was in charge of taking care of her as well as Sinead. Her family were horse and race meeting obsessed. Bea started out as tourist guides at Irish National Stud. But she soon realized that her love was doing and not racing.
